Ah, one of my favorite Christmas songs!
Oddly, the last time I heard it was at a rather nice Japanese restaurant, where they played the Pogues through our entire meal. I guess that's New York for you . . .
Yes, it's one of the best!
Hearing the Pogues in a japanese restaurant is no stranger than being tortured by Celine Dion through an entire evening in an italian restaurant - in ITALY. (They were playing perfectly nice italian music until we came along, I have no clue why they though they gave us the Celine Dion-treatment ...)
